Music Director
Full Time Position: 40 Hours
The Music Director is responsible for leading, aligning, and growing the Music Ministry to fulfill the mission of Crossroads and support our core values. The Music Director will also champion Crossroads casting vision for the church-wide approach to music and music technology. This will maximize the effectiveness of the weekend experience by providing excellent musical elements that help connect the hearts of people to the person of Christ.

Student Ministry Pastor
Full Time Position: 40 Hours
The Student Ministry Pastor is responsible for maintaining relationships and communication with students and parents, programming for Student Ministry services and events, developing student ministry leaders/teams, teaching in several capacities including weekend service, Home Crews, and Academy.
