Daycare Director
Full-Time Position: 40 Hours
Crossroads Church is seeking a highly organized, assertive, and driven Daycare Director with proven leadership experience to lead the successful launch and ongoing management of our new daycare center. Once established, the Director will provide strategic leadership, administrative direction, and comprehensive oversight of the church’s daycare ministry. This role ensures the center is built upon and operates with excellence—spiritually, relationally, and operationally—while maintaining full compliance with all state regulations. The Director will recruit and lead staff, cultivate strong partnerships with parents, nurture children’s development, and uphold the mission and values of the church. This is a foundational leadership position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the program from the ground up.

Upper Elementary Coordinator – Mansfield Campus
Part-Time Position: 20 Hours
The Upper Elementary Coordinator oversees grades 3-6 Children’s Ministry at the Mansfield Campus. This person should be able to thoughtfully plan and implement a Christ-centered church experience for children in the upper elementary classroom, get to know the parents and children at Crossroads, work to support families in their spiritual journeys, and actively point them toward Jesus and biblical truths. The Coordinator oversees scheduling, curriculum implementation, classroom coverage, and organization of resources, crafts, and materials, while consistently evaluating ministry effectiveness and staying current with childhood trends. Working under the direction of the Crossroads Kids Director, this position requires faithful participation in all staff meetings and Kids Ministry gatherings, along with a willingness to perform additional duties as assigned in support of the overall mission of the church.

Nursery/Preschool Coordinator – Ontario Campus
Part-Time Position: 10 Hours
The Nursery and Preschool Coordinator provides vision, leadership, and hands-on oversight for Crossroads Ontario Campus Nursery and Preschool Ministry. This role actively pursues and equips new volunteers, offers ongoing training and guidance to team leaders, and fosters meaningful relationships with both volunteers and families to cultivate a Christ-centered, nurturing environment. The Coordinator oversees scheduling, curriculum implementation, classroom coverage, and organization of resources, crafts, and materials, while consistently evaluating ministry effectiveness and staying current with early childhood trends. Production Director
Full Time Position: 40 Hours
The Production Director will lead, align and grow assigned staff and departments to fulfill the mission of Crossroads and support our core values. Specifically, this role oversees assigned Production areas, IT partners, and technical teams in the development and maintenance of our AVL systems, IT systems and infrastructure and other uses of technologies. The Production Director will champion Crossroads DNA by dynamically and effectively supporting the vision for the church-wide approach to technology that will maximize the effectiveness of the weekend experience by providing excellent audiovisual elements and effective IT systems to best help our leaders connect the hearts of people to the person of Christ.

Student Ministry Administrative Assistant
Full Time Position: 40 Hours
Crossroads Church is growing like never before, and we’re pumped to be adding an Administrative Assistant to our Student Ministry team! This role is all about supporting our Student Pastor in serving 7th-12th grade students and helping them grow in their faith, build relationships, and step into their calling as followers of Jesus. A part of what you’ll get to focus on is shepherding students, pouring into leaders, helping carry out vision, and using organizational skills to keep StuCrew moving with clarity, consistency, and excellence.
