Meet Our Team

Andrew serves as the Lead Pastor of Crossroads Church, providing leadership, vision, and biblical teaching with a simple passion: helping people encounter Christ, equipping Christians, and engaging our community.

His passion for developing fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ in people extends far beyond the walls of Crossroads. As the founder of the Ministry Leadership Institute and Framework Coaching Network, Andrew is recognized for his commitment and abilities for equipping and empowering leaders in both ministry and the marketplace to grow in faith, leadership, and life, and to reach their God-given potential.

Andrew and his wife, Stacy have been married since 2002. Together, they are proud parents of six children and grandparents. Outside of ministry, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, working out, hunting and fishing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
