Josiah Jones
Watermark Church, The Porch
Josiah grew up in Fort Worth, TX where sports were his passion! At a young age he began to chase everything under the sun thinking he would find life in sports, relationships, alcohol and pornography. Jesus got ahold of him his junior year in college, while idolizing baseball and the world looking for satisfaction. It only led to more brokenness in his life but Jesus used it to show him his need for Him and to ultimately save him. Now, he can’t stop sharing where life is found!
He began ministry in 2007, and had the awesome opportunity to start a student ministry at a church plant, as well as a young adult ministry in Kansas City, MO! He jumped on Watermark staff in 2019 with The Porch young adult ministry where he gets a front row seat to watching Jesus change this generation. He is married to his best friend Cathy and have two daughters, Camille & Isabella, and a son name Caleb.
Erick Gil
Maranatha Bible Church
Erick is passionate about the gospel and seeing people coming to know Jesus as their Savior. As the Young Adult Pastor at Maranatha Bible Church, he loves to build relationships with young adults and help them take their faith in Jesus Christ more seriously.
Erick is married to the love of his life, Jenny, and they have two daughters, Emerson and Elessi. He is an alumni of Word of Life Bible Institute and Trinity Baptist College. He holds an M. Div. in Biblical Studies from Liberty University.

Yes! Breakout Groups offer are a unique aspect of Align Con in that your experience can be tailored for what stage of life you are in. Breakout groups are lead by experts and people who have walked through these areas of life. Some sample breakout groups include: Singleness, mental health, marriage, finances, Godly men, Godly women, and more!
