What is the leadership structure of Crossroads Community Church?
According to our church constitution, Crossroads Community Church operates under congregationally ratified form of Biblical eldership.
What is an Elder?
We are committed to biblical eldership. The Bible says that elders are responsible to provide leadership to the church by visiting the sick, judging doctrinal issues, teaching, preaching, protecting, exhorting, and praying. (1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9)
Who Are the Elders at Crossroads Community Church?
Some of our elders are vocational elders. That is, they are a part of our paid church staff. Others are non-vocational, or lay elders. Together, under the Lord Jesus, our elders lead us. Below is a current list of the Elders serving on our board.

Are All Crossroads Pastors Also Elders?
No. In addition to our elders, Crossroads also has some pastors who are not elders. They also provide valuable leadership. Crossroads also has a small staff of dedicated servants to provide day-to-day operation of the church.
What Do the Elders Believe?
Each of our elders must be in agreement with our Statement of Faith.
