Will I ever have to say or do anything?

No. We know visiting a new place, especially a church, can be intimidating for people. We've worked hard to make Crossroads a safe place. No one will ever call you or come visit you, unless you ask for such a visit.

Will you ask me for money?

You are our guest. We want you to enjoy and benefit from the services at Crossroads. So you'll never see a collection plate passed here.

What are your service times?

We have three identical servcices held Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 9:30am & 11:00am.

Is the music always contemporary?

People feel strongly about the music they like. We discovered that most people prefer listening to contemporary music. We use music to honor God and set the scene for the primary message theme.

Why does everyone dress so casually?

Our culture in north central Ohio tends to be more laid back and casual. We want people to be comfortable and authentic. If you can dress like you normally do, you'll be prepared to hear and learn some of the most important lessons of real life.

Does Crossroads belong to any organizations?

Yes. We are members of the Willow Creek Association.

I hear Crossroads uses a lot of volunteers. Any truth to that?

The vast majority of the things that are accomplished at Crossroads are not done by staff, but by volunteers. We are fully committed to helping people discover their gifts and talents and assisting them in finding their best serve.
